Dubai visa FAQ

If you are not eligible to enter Dubai visa-free or obtain a Dubai visa-on-arrival, then you must apply for a Dubai e-Visa through a local Dubai sponsor. Dubai, however, now offers several self-sponsored Dubai visas, such as the Dubai 5-year tourist visa and Dubai golden visas, which allow eligible applicants to apply online on their own, without the need of a local sponsor applying on their behalf. In all cases, applicants can apply for all Dubai visas through DubaiVisas.com, a safe and secure Dubai visa service company, licensed and authorized by the Government of Dubai.

All Dubai visas are valid for 60 days from the visa date of issue.

Applying for a Dubai visa is an easy 3-step process that basically involves you, or a local Dubai sponsor applying on your behalf, to submit an online Dubai application form and required documents, pay the visa application fee, and receive the approved Dubai visa to the email you provided. Please note that certain nationalities and Dubai visa types may involve additional requirements.

Dubai visas normally take between 4 to 5 business days to be fully processed and issued. It is always advisable to begin your application process early in case of delays or unforeseen circumstances.
